what a horrible horrible airline. if you want to be made to feel like cattle, this is the place for you. they give you an alluring low fare and then charge you extra for everything. their cabin attendants just walk up and down the aisles selling food, beverages, lotto tickets....you name it and it is for sale. at the gates to board the airplanes, there isn't the slightest sense of organization and because of that you get a great deal of pushing and shoving from the passengers trying to get on the plane. if you don't like that, they even sell what they call is priority seating. for an extra charge, you can board the plane first. as for their on time bragging, it is rubbish. all they are doing is posting arrival times that are wrong and then when the plane comes in ahead of that time, they say it is on time. a three hour flight is classified as a three hour and fifteen minute flight.
