this software company is the perfect example of how so many of the companies in the computer industry just say go screw yourself after you have made the purchase and might have a problem. what adobe does is that it will not answer your technical questions. it directs you to its user forums where you are supposed to post your question and some other poor sucker who is having the same problem might be able to help you. they are very careful on their web site to not even indicated where their corporate office is, in case you want to write to them. finally, how much do you want to bet, that their products are being made in slave labor china?
