when they built their new store in brooklyn everyone got real excited. well, they ripped off the city in concessions and they really haven't done that much for the area.
in our recent visit we found that the store was very cold....saving on fuel we guess. in the bathroom, it was really cold and now we know what the phrase "freezing your ass off" means. the staff is nothing to applaud and if you are expecting one of them to walk you over to what you are looking for, you can forget that. they are the experts in giving you the finger either for directions or you know what else also. when you get to the check out, they have a real gag going. no bags are available for your purchases, you got to buy one. the meatballs in the restaurant were not cooked...that must be something they do in sweden....eat almost raw meat.
last but not least, we wonder why new york city police are serving as security within the store? who is paying those salaries?
