It is common knowledge that the billionaire Mayor of New York City has increased the number of tickets being given out to drivers by forty six percent. He is using the system as an income producer.
The motorists last line of defense is to appeal the ticket to an Administrative Law Judge which translated means a legal loser who couldn't get a real judge job.
They are a bunch of terrible people who do not even bother to read what the motorist writes in defense of his/her ticket.
The worst of the worst is Deborah F. Schwartz who has a mind like a banana. It is because of people like her that more than 1.5 million people have left New York because it is just an impossible place to live.
