LOS ANGELES TIMES "A panel of federal judges admonished Alex Kozinski, chief judge of the U.S. 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, for being "judicially imprudent" and "exhibiting poor judgment" by placing sexually explicit photos and videos on an Internet server that could be accessed by the public.
"Kozinski's conduct had "created a public controversy that can reasonably be seen as having resulted in embarrassment to the institution of the federal judiciary," according to the panel's opinion, written by Anthony J. Scirica, chief judge of the U.S. 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals."
****since we are based in new york city, we would like to invite judge kozinski and judge scirica to come to our city and go to one of the porno shops we have. they can go into a backroom and watch the flicks of the chicks. then, as an added treat for them we can take them to meet some call girls.
having sexually explicit photos on his computer makes kozinski a real pervert. for doing nothing about it, scirica is even worse.
if someone wants to know about the morale and ethical decline of this nation, they need look no further than these two men. the thought that these two clowns sit in judgment on other people sends a chill up our spines.
