NEW YORK TIMES "Mr. McCain isn't a moderate, but he is the best choice for the party’s presidential nomination. Mrs. Clinton is more qualified, right now, to be president.
"The real Mr. Giuliani, whom many New Yorkers came to know and mistrust, is a
narrow, obsessively secretive, vindictive man who saw no need to limit police
power. Racial polarization was as much a legacy of his tenure as the rebirth of
Times Square."
****the above comments are from the new york times editorial page of today.
well now it is official. the new york times wants mccain to be the republican nomination because they know he can not beat clinton. the newspaper wants clinton to be president because she is exactly what the new york times is on a daily basis...a pathological liar. she has done absolutely nothing as the senator from new york state and if the times knows something she has done, please let the rest of us know. thanks to her incompetence, new york state is an economic disaster, racism is at an all time high, the infrastructure is falling apart and crime is on the increase. you would not want to send your children to our public schools.
as for giuliani, the new york times is taking this opportunity to not only come out against him, but to attack him with venom. he was a fair mayor, not really that great, but to accuse him of things that are simply not true is another example of how the new york times warps its pages to its beliefs. its main complaint was that he once dressed up like a woman at a party. the gay community was upset so naturally the new york times had to make a big deal out of it.
in the final analysis, what the new york times has to say is meaningless since the great percentage of the people in this city do not read it.
